News of 2007
The Class of 2007 finished off
their studies with a busy week doing their own devised wild and crazy
commedia show, "The Last Days of Guzar" to a full house at the school
studio. Two days later, they did their buffoon show again this time
shaking the walls of Holy Cross Church in Nørrebro with their
blasphemous but reverent buffooning.
Students finishing this class came from Denmark, Norway, Sweden,
Finland, Belgium, Portugal, and Brazil.
The first year students on re performing in Svendborg at the
International Clown Festival.
You will also be able to see the students performing in Opole, Poland in
June and in Seydisfjördur Iceland in July.
Ole Brekke will be doing his one-man-show, the clown Otomoto in
"Authority" in Isafjördur, Iceland at the Act Alone Festival, 27 June -
1 July . He will also conduct a workshop there. The 2nd year students had
a big success with their Buffoon show on 2 February at the school
studio. They are now busy booking it into other local venues. Look here
to read one stunning text that silenced the public and had them holding
their breath.
The Feldenkrais Workshop by Anna-Maria Caponecchi and Jacob
Olesen was full and a success with 25 theatre artists and singers
attending many from the Danish Artists Union. Many participants will
continue with individual Feldenkrais sessions with our teachers, Monika
Pszenna and Janusz Komodowski. If you wish to be placed on a mailing
list for future workshops, please send an email to
